The Rigid Base 12 are milled from solid blocks of aluminum to ensure a monolithic structure with predictable, superior strength hard coat anodized for protection and longevity. Bases are not cast or welded upon in any way to avoid unpredictable failure points.  The Rigid Base 12 has a textured, aggressive ground contact surface and 4 holes on each side for securing the base to the ground with rebar or steel pickets, one hole on either side to accept a 3” 16 penny nail for securing the bases to strongbacks and shoring lumber. Additionally, one hole on each side to secure the rigid base plate to concrete using concrete anchors.
