A pack cloth top for easy closure of bag, and rubber side carrying handle for ease in lifting. The bag has both a grommet and sewn loops to the rope end off inside or outside of the bag. Reloading the rope is made easy with the 2 handles just inside the top, or by attaching the bag to a welded metal D ring with a carabiner to a belt or jacket loop, making one person rope loading a cinch!
